1. Introduction

Dr. Box Consulting, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides the following services:

Training Programs, Coaching Services (Career, Life, and Executive), Consulting Services, Expert Witness Services, Digital Products and Content. Community Membership Areas, Online Training, In Person Training, and Educational Materials.

2.2 Expert Witness Services

Our Expert Witness services include: Report Writing, Deposition Testimony, Trial Testimony, Case Analysis, and Consultation.

3. Membership and Account Terms

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Membership Levels

Access to specific content and services is determined by membership level. Different membership levels may have different pricing and access rights. Details of membership benefits are specified on the respective program pages.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Options

One-time payments, and payment plans (available at a premium). All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. If a purchaser chooses to purchase in a different currency, the software will make the conversion, and any exchange pricing differences are considered agreed upon by both parties.

4.2 Payment Plans

Payment plans are considered subscription services. Users may cancel at any time subject to the specific program guarantee. All payments are due within 10 days of the due date. Services will be suspended for payments not received within 10 days of the due date.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the Sites are owned by Dr. Box Consulting, Inc. and Randy Phares. This includes, but is not limited to: videos, training materials, digital products, written content, coaching materials, and Expert Witness materials.

5.2 Third-Party Content

Any content obtained from outside sources (summits, conferences, blogs, trainings, etc.) becomes the intellectual property of Dr. Box Consulting, Inc. The Company retains all rights to edit, modify, and use such content across all platforms and media at its sole discretion.

5.3 Use Restrictions

Content is for personal or authorized business use only. Users may not share, sell, or distribute any content to third parties. Access is limited to the specified user(s) based on membership level or purchase agreement.

6. User Conduct

Users agree to: Not violate any applicable laws or regulations; not infringe on intellectual property rights; not share access credentials. not redistribute or resell any content or materials; not engage in any activity that could harm the Sites or their users.

7. Community Guidelines

For community areas and interactive features, users must: Maintain professional and respectful communication; not post inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content; not engage in commercial solicitation without authorization; and must respect the privacy of other users.

8. Recording and Content Usage

8.1 Live Sessions

Training sessions, coaching calls, and meetings may be recorded. By participating, users consent to being recorded. Recordings may be used for training and educational purposes.

8.2 Content Access

Access to recorded content is based on membership level or purchase agreement. Recording or capturing content without permission is prohibited.

9. Warranties and Guarantees

9.1 Limited Warranty

Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Specific guarantees are limited to those explicitly stated on program sales pages. Each program's guarantee terms are independent and specified in the program details or contracts.

9.2 No Professional Advice Warranty

Information provided is for educational purposes only. Users should seek appropriate professional advice for their specific situations.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for: Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; lost profits or data; service interruptions or technical issues, or actions taken in reliance on the provided information.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to: Terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms, modify or discontinue any service without notice, and refuse service to anyone for any reason.

12. Changes to Term

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Sites after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.

15. Severability
